Objektivat e Programit jan\u00eb:

(a) Shtimi i mund\u00ebsive t\u00eb insfrastrukturave nd\u00ebrkufitare n\u00eb sektorin e transporteve, t\u00eb menaxhimit t\u00eb uj\u00ebrave dhe mbeturinave<\/p>\n

(b) Shtimi e efektivitetit n\u00eb mbrojtjen e mjedisit dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm t\u00eb burimeve natyrore<\/p>\n

(c) Shtim t\u00eb efikasitetit energjitik dhe t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzimit t\u00eb BRE<\/p>\n

(d) P\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i efektivitetit t\u00eb parandalimit t\u00eb rreziqeve dhe t\u00eb menaxhimit t\u00eb katastrofave, me fokusim tek zjarret n\u00eb pyje<\/p>\n

(dh) Ruajtja e burimeve natyrale dhe kulturore si parakusht p\u00ebr zhvillimin e turizmit dhe<\/p>\n

Buxheti total i Programit (sipas ndryshimeve nr 2) \u00ebsht\u00eb 54.076.734,00\u20ac \u03b5\u03ba prej t\u00eb cilave sasia 45.965.222,00\u20ac (85%) vjen nga Mb\u00ebshtetja e Bashkimit dhe sasia prej 8.111.512,00\u20ac (15%) nga burimet e shteteve pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse<\/p>\n

Zona e p\u00ebrzgjedhur e Programit jan\u00eb bashk\u00ebsit\u00eb rajonale t\u00eb Grevena, Kastoria, Florina, Arta, Thesprotia, Ioannina, Preveza, Zakinthos, Korfuzi, Kefalinia, dhe Lefkada n\u00eb Greqi dhe nga Prefekturat Vlor\u00eb, Gjirokast\u00ebr, Kor\u00e7\u00eb dhe Berat n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n

Zona nd\u00ebrkufitare e p\u00ebrzgjedhur Greqi-Shqip\u00ebri z\u00eb nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe totale 28.526 kiliometra katrore (17.445 kiliometra katrore nga pjesa e Greqis\u00eb dhe 11.081 kiliometra katrore nga pjesa e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb me popullsi totale 1.339.804 (Regjistrimi i Popullsis\u00eb 2011), 729.687 banor\u00eb n\u00eb an\u00ebn greke dhe 610.117 n\u00eb an\u00ebn shqiptare.<\/p>\n

Zona nd\u00ebrkufitare e p\u00ebrzgjedhur karakterizohet nga nivele t\u00eb ul\u00ebta cil\u00ebsie dhe d\u00ebnd\u00ebsie infrastrukturash n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e transportit, t\u00eb teknologjis\u00eb s\u00eb informacionit dhe komunikimit (ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb an\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb) dhe t\u00eb infrastrukturave mjedisore (kryesisht n\u00eb an\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb). Zona nd\u00ebrkufitare \u00ebsht\u00eb e pasur me burime t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta dhe t\u00eb shum\u00ebllojshme kulturore dhe natyrale , t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren p\u00ebr zgjerimin e veprimtaris\u00eb turistike dhe ekonomike por edhe p\u00ebr uljen e papun\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

The Interreg IPA CBC Programme \u201cGreece \u2013 Albania 2014 \u2013 2020\u201d was approved by the European Commission on 30\/07\/2015 by decision C (2015) 5482. The overall strategy of the Interreg IPA CBC Programme \u201cGreece \u2013 Albania 2014 \u2013 2020\u201d is to find the balance between sustainable regional development and enhancement of cross-border cooperation among local population and regional institutions, in accordance with EU and national policies, in order to address common challenges through joint interventions. The Programme\u2019s objectives are:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

(a) Increase the capacity of cross border infrastructure in transport, water and waste management<\/p>\r\n

(b) Increase the effectiveness of environmental protection and sustainable use of natural resources<\/p>\r\n

(c) Increase energy-efficiency and the use of RES<\/p>\r\n

(d) Improve the effectiveness of risk prevention and disaster management with a focus on forest fires<\/p>\r\n

(e) Preserve cultural and natural resources as a prerequisite for tourism development and<\/p>\r\n

(f) Support entrepreneurship, business survival and competitiveness.<\/p>\r\n

Budget<\/b><\/p>\r\n

The total budget allocated to the Programme (according to the 2nd Modification) is 54.076.734,00\u20ac, out of which 45.965.222,00\u20ac (85%) is Union Support and the 8.111.512,00\u20ac (15%) the National Counterpart.<\/p>\r\n

Eligible area<\/b><\/p>\r\n

The eligible area of the Programme consists of the Regional Units of Grevena, Kastoria, Florina, Arta, Thesprotia, Ioannina, Preveza, Zakynthos, Corfu, Kefallinia and Lefkada in Greece and the Regions of Vlor\u00eb, Gjirokast\u00ebr, Kor\u00e7\u00eb and Berat in Albania.<\/p>\r\n

The eligible cross- border area covers an area of 28,526 km\u00b2 (17.445 km2<\/p>\r\n

for Greece crossborder area and 11.081 km2 for Albania cross- border area) with a total population of1,339,804 inhabitants (729.687 inhabitants for Greece cross- border area and 610.117 inhabitants for Albania cross- border area) (census data of 2011). The eligible cross border area is characterized by low quality and density of infrastructure in the fields of transport, information and communications technology (especially in the Albanian area), and environmental infrastructure (mainly in the Albanian area). The cross border area is rich in unique and diverse cultural and natural resources which could be used for the expansion of tourist economic activity thus decreasing unemployment<\/p>\r\n
