Municipality of Dodoni
The Municipality of Dodoni located at the Regional Unit of Ioannina and the Region of Epirus. The present Municipality was formed at the 2011 local government reform by the merge of 4 former Municipalities that became Municipal Units. The municipality of Dodoni covers an area of 658,880 acres and a population of 10,130 inhabitants. Dodoni is a cultural and touristic centre in the Epirus Region with many assets, among which the ancient theatre of Dodoni, one of the biggest in Greece.
The Municipality has 74 employees covering all administrational and technical needs. The staff has considerable experience in issues of National and European funded Programmes having participated in projects such as inter-alia URBACT, Greece-Albania 2007-2013, LEADER, LEADER +, EQUAL, OPAAH, and INTERREG Greece-Italy 2000-2006 & Greece-Albania 2000-2006, Information Society and others.
All the Municipality’s departments are adequately staffed with permanent scientific personnel of relative expertise including economic, geotechnical and technical sciences as well as with administrative employees.

Municipality of Finiq
The Municipality of Finiq is located at the Region of Vlorë. It includes 58 villages, mostly populated from the members of the Greek Minority in Albania. The total area of the Municipality is 44,100 hectares, rich in archaeological and natural monuments, which in the future can offer economic growth through tourism. Its staff, 200 in number, consist of administrative personnel, specialist of all the fields and specialized workers. Its personnel is experienced in the management of EU programs, management of human resources and IT expertise. The Municipality has acquired adequate experience from Interreg projects such as MileSTONES I & II, RHYTHM and NCNET.

Municipality of Preveza
The Municipality of Preveza is located at the Regional Unit of Preveza and the Region of Epirus. The present Municipality was formed at the 2011 local government reform by the merge of 3 former Municipalities that became Municipal Units. The Municipality of Preveza covers an area of 66, 8 km2, while the population is estimated at 31.733 citizens, according to 2011 census. The Municipality has more than 90 employees covering all administrative and technical needs. The staff has considerable experience in issues of National and European funded Programmes having participated in several similar projects. It has experience in the implementation of regional projects funded by the European Structural and Investment Funds. The Municipality has elaborated an Action Plan for the Sustainable Energy of Preveza, co-financed by ERDF.

Regional Directorate of National Culture – Vlore
The Regional Directorate of Cultural Heritage – Vlore (RDCH-VLORA) is a public institution which is subordinated to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Albania. The main goal of the institution is to preserve and promote the tangible and intangible values of cultural heritage in these areas.
The Regional Directorate of Cultural Heritage manages and is responsible for 3 archaeological sites, 6 historical centers, 45 protected archaeological areas and about 230 cultural monuments such as castles, bridges, churches, mosques, houses, ancient cauldrons, etc. The institution is responsible and has the duty to monitor all restoration, conservation or urban requalification interventions. It has a department of restoration projects which designs over 20 restoration projects every year.
The directorate is also active in the preservation of intangible cultural heritage, as during the year organizes more than 80 different cultural activities such as concerts, festivals, craft fair, theatrical performances, and other cultural activities.
